True Prosperity Pt. 2 - Episode 3

Main message: True prosperity is not primarily material wealth but wholeness — the Lord being with you produces righteousness, peace, joy, right relationships and blessing — and this is received by grace, not earned by law-based performance.

• Uses Joseph (Genesis 39) as the model: though a slave he was "prosperous" because the Lord was with him, resulting in favor, promotion, and blessings on his master’s house.
• Prosperity equals wholeness (pie metaphor): finances are only one slice; health, joy, peace, security, identity, purpose and relationships must all be present for true success.
• Contrast covenants: the Old Covenant (Deuteronomy 28) tied external/material blessings to obedience; the New Covenant under grace emphasizes receiving spiritual blessings and inner wholeness.
• Under grace we live in the "realm of the finished" (Ephesians 1:3): righteousness, redemption, wisdom and sanctification are accomplished in Christ and not earned by striving.
• Practical outworking: live as unto the Lord (character, likability, faithful work) so God's presence brings favor that blesses others and creates supernatural promotion/favor (see Matthew 6:33; Romans 14:17).
