He Hasn’t Forgotten You | Pastor Stephen Chandler | Elevation Church

Main message: God hasn't forgotten you — delays and tests are part of His preparation for a greater calling; endure them with faith because rejection, faithfulness, and managed disappointment mature you for what’s coming.

Key points:

• The Bible (Psalm 105; Joseph's story) shows God's word tests people — waiting often means God is preparing you, not abandoning you.
• Rejection is a teacher: learn tolerance for rejection, incubate (guard) God’s word, and celebrate others rather than letting criticism derail you.
• Faithfulness precedes promotion: be fruitful and faithful where you are (even if it’s not your calling or position) so God can trust you with more.
• Delay is a multiplier: prolonged waiting either kills dreams or develops deeper faith — choose perseverance and let the delay expand the impact of the promise.
• Practical encouragement: don’t quit, don’t prematurely launch or perform out of insecurity, and keep your eyes on the destination God has promised.
