Main message: Jesus is the once-for-all, perfect sacrifice who fulfills and replaces the repetitive Old Covenant sacrificial system, giving believers direct access to God and the assurance of justification while calling them to draw near, persevere, and not shrink back.

• The Old Covenant/tabernacle system (daily, weekly, monthly, festival sacrifices; Day of Atonement) was a copy and shadow that could only cleanse outwardly and point forward to a final solution.
