Election Daily Prayer: Day 7 - Jack Hibbs

Main message: God promises blessing for a nation and its cities/countryside (Deuteronomy 28:3), and believers are called to intercede, stand in the gap, and seek God's intervention for the nation's welfare—especially around upcoming elections.

Key points:

• The speaker points to Deuteronomy 28 (especially v.3) as a promise that God cares about a nation's welfare in both city and country.
• Believers should adopt regular prayer times, intercede for their community, and "stand in the gap."
• Pray for healing of the land from ignorance and from wicked people plotting harm.
• Engage in the political process peacefully—voting is the current means to contend for the nation's future.
• Ask God to ensure voter integrity and to guide believers to vote rightly while putting God first.
