Main message: You may be facing a spiritual battle, but by recognizing how ungodly exposure shapes your life and by standing in your identity in Christ and using spiritual weapons, you can win and reverse a destructive trajectory.

Key points:

• Know who you are in Christ (righteous, redeemed, sanctified) and live from that finished work rather than from emotions or circumstances.
• The "anatomy of life": exposure → thinking → feelings → decisions → actions → habits → character → destination; change it by reversing the steps (change exposure and thinking first).
• Signs of a spiritual battle: sudden trials, physical attacks or illness, increased temptation, despair, confusion, condemnation, fatigue, anxiety.
• Spiritual weapons to fight and win: the Holy Spirit, the armor of God, persistent prayer, the Word of God, praise, humility/total dependence on God, and the blood of Christ plus the testimony of what He has done.
• Act (declare Scripture, praise, pray, resist ungodly exposure) so you stand in victory and avoid blaming the devil without changing your choices.
