Main message: Renew your mind in the new-covenant message of grace so your soul aligns with your spirit (conscience) and you are led by the Holy Spirit and truth rather than by the flesh, emotions, or law-based fear.

• The human makeup: you are a spirit who possesses a soul (mind, will, emotions — thinker, feeler, chooser) and lives in a body; each has a distinct "voice."
• The spirit speaks through conscience and receives revelation from the Holy Spirit; the body speaks through feelings; the soul mediates and reasons.
• The subconscious is a storage system shaped by past experiences, culture and teaching and can perpetuate law-based guilt/fear unless reprogrammed.
• Renewing your mind specifically in the new covenant of grace (not law or performance) shifts the soul toward the spirit so the conscience reliably guides you and even the subconscious and body begin to reflect grace.
• Practice: spend time in the written Word of grace, receive your identity in Christ, reject groundless fear/panic, and cooperate with the Holy Spirit’s quiet leading.
